How and What Do I Win?

If you send us the photograph which MFH considers to be the best view of the UK taken within the competition time frames (i.e. 1st Jan 09 - 30th June 09) (1st July - 31st Dec 09), you will win a free Flight Discovery Day in a Robinson R22 helicopter worth £499.

The winner will be tutored by our Chief Pilot from our Cambridgeshire-based flying school, and during the flight will be able to take the controls and actually fly the helicopter! The Flight Discovery Day involves 2 hours of comprehensive ground briefing and 2 hours actual flying during which you will have plenty of time to learn all the amazing things a helicopter can do and experience them as well.
Why We Want Your Pictures

Helicopter pilots know how stunning the British Isles can be from above but as we're too busy flying to take pictures we are looking for photographers to help capture its beauty.
The Winning Picture Will Be...
- a truly original shot that evokes both the magic of being airborne and the wonder of this country at the same time. But this doesn't mean that you have to be airborne... The subject of your photograph could be a bird, a leaping salmon or even a cloud.
