Delivery and Returns
Delivery
UK Express Delivery 1-2 Business Days
UK Standard Delivery 3-4 Business Day
For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man, the total carriage charge may vary. Delivery may take 3 to 4 business days.
Carriage is FREE on all orders over £100 (exc VAT).
There will be just one carriage charge for your total order, regardless of how many items you purchase. This is fully refundable in the event of your goods being faulty or not as described*. For Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, the total carriage is £20. Delivery in these regions may take 3 working days.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us.

NB: carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty.
Security
The security of your personal and credit card details is of the highest importance to us. We use SagePay to ensure that your personal data is given high security protection.
Privacy policy
In order to process your order we need to ask for your name, address and contact details. We keep these details on file so that we know who our customers are and we can deal with any service queries or returns.
We never make our mailing list available to other companies!
Terms and Conditions
This website is operated by MFH Helicopters Ltd. By using this website, you acknowledge that the use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Delivery: Orders received before 4.30pm on a week day will normally be delivered next working day. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before 4.30pm on Friday, additional costs are incurred. Items marked 48 hours will normally be delivered within 48 hours providing stock is available. Remote mainland and offshore areas need to allow at least 3 working days for delivery.
Payment: We cannot release the ordered goods until paid for in full.
Title: Ownership of goods remain with MFH Helicopters Ltd until paid for in full.
Money Back Guarantee: You may return any stock item within 30 days from date of Invoice. Goods must be in their original condition and contained within their product packaging and then packed in suitable strong case for transport along with our official returns document. Please call 0207 499 2233 before returning any item.
Force Majeure: We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control.
